Zakynthos-Villa Marathia

Villa Marathia Villa Marathia is a two storey air conditioned building. It feautures wooden floors throughout and can accommodate one (1) to ten (10) persons. The ground level consists of a spacious living room with stone fireplace, a large dining area, ‘captain’s corner’ seating area. Also there is a luminous large kitchen with granite floor, a store room, guests’ WC and a single guestroom with shower and WC. In front of the ground floor facing the sea, is a large terrace with shade and splendid views of the sea. The upper floor consists of three guest rooms and one large office with stone fireplace. The latter can be used also as a bedroom / office. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi, ladies boudoir. Also a private playroom (multi gym, bike, and pink pong table and dart board) is available. The two other double bedrooms share one bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi. Both bathrooms have mosaic tiling throughout. All three bedrooms open out onto large verandas with all of which have fantastic views of Laganas Bay, Marathoinisi Island (a protected marine park for the habitation of the protected Carreta Carreta sea turtle). One can see as far as the Peloponnese. In addition the estate is also available for hire for social events: wedding receptions, exclusive dinners, parties etc.
