Cape Acrotiri is a quiet coastal residential area just 3,8 km from Skala Oropos (picturesque fishing port) where you can find banks, pharmacies, health center, shops, cafeterias, restaurants and catch a ferry to Evia island during the summer months. Food supermarkets and bakery is 500 m away, closest sandy beach is 250 meters away and at about 1 to 2 km a lot of beaches too. Every Saturday there is an Open- air grocery market. Athletic stadium with running routes, tennis court, basketball arena,sailing club, marina for renting fishing or leisure small boats by the day, great kite surfing destination, bird watching place by the sea. Children playground, children cycling, flat area with wide roads and low traffic. Open fully equipped plan kitchen with a dining table for 8 to 10 persons. Two double guest rooms and an utility room (iron board) which can be used as an extra bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a washing machine. Last but not least there is an Attic with an independent double guest room with private en suite bathroom. The garden about 180 s.m has a terrace with trees, a dining table for 10 to 12 persons ideal for dinners and a BBQ with a shaded table for 4 to 8 persons. There is also an outdoor shower. Plenty of facilities like air conditioning and heaters, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster and a coffee maker , all bed linen, towels and beach towels and services like maid service and change of linen and towels twice a week and also two bicycles for adults.
